Tour Cost?

Cost depends on various factors like, number of travellers you are, travel dates, category of hotel and transportation etc. etc.

So, no matter the price, from moderate three stars to the five star and fabulous, we know that the hotels we choose for you are the best in their categories and suited to your budget.

Payment Policy?

Token Amount - 50% of the Invoice value at the time of Reservation (Soon after you receive the confirmation mail and invoice).

Balance Payment - 50% of the Invoice value 60 Days before arrival date.

After receiving the advance payment will be sent an Official Receipt by Email/WhatsApp.

Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel the trip by sending the "written request for cancellation by email. However, in case of emergency or where it is not possible to send the mail, you can inform us by WhatsApp also.

If you cancel the reservation: -On or before 60 days preceding your check-in date: you pay 25% of invoice amount (banking fee + administration fee).

Less than 60 days preceding your check-in date or No Show: No Refund.

Bookings for blackout dates (New Year and Christmas week) are non-refundable.

Refund Policy?

The refund amount will be credited to the account of the guest/client who made the booking through NEFT within 15-20 working days due to banking procedures. So, you do not have to worry. Simply wait for the refund to be processed and it will be credited to the guest/client account.

Jungle safari charges are non-refundable.

Domestic flights are partially refundable, subject to airline policies.

Are these group tours?

Professional India Holidays does not offer group tours unless specified. All our tours are private. Each component of the itinerary and tour is matching your requirements.

At our company, we take our clients' privacy very seriously. We do not share anything online or disclose any personal information, such as email addresses, phone numbers or travel plan details to third parties at any cost.

We do not post our clients' personal information on social media/google or any other platform at any cost.

We do have to share passport copies with airlines and hotels as a policy; however, they all keep it safe and private.

We have direct and mostly repeat guests who travel almost every alternate year covering various parts of India. Over the years, we have built a niche high-end clientele who book directly with us.

We do not rely on other platforms' feedback, as many are paid or fake. Most of our guests come through referrals from past clients, which is why we are less active on other travel review sites and Google.

We do not have a fixed itinerary because our journeys are always tailor-made based on guests’ interests.

Do you have emergency contact numbers?

We are very sensitive about guest comfort and hence have developed a highly sophisticated method to deal with any concerns/ requirements that guest’s may have. You will be given an emergency contact number that you may use anytime during the tour to address your concerns or last minute requirements. Our responsive team will resolve the issue as soon as possible. Our supply chain is best in the industry that resolves the issues/ facilitates implementation of requests in the lowest time possible.

Am I safe travelling as a single woman in India?

Yes, you will be very safe with Professional India Holidays. All our guides/drivers are family men and will show you respect and take very good care of you. They will make you feel very comfortable when you are on tour with us. We have many single women travelling with us and they all rate us very positively.
